This research done to determine the performance of green mustard development in the study area, and to analyze what factors influence farmers' decision making in green mustard farming. The determination of the research area was carried out by purposive sampling (intentionally), while the determination of the sample was carried out by using the Accidental Sampling technique using the slovin formula with a total sample of 60 people. The analytical method for determine farmer performance of green mustard development uses descriptive analysis and to analyze what factors influence farmers' decision making in trying green mustard farming using binary logistic regression analysis (Binary Logistics). The results of the study show that the farmer performance of developing mustard greens is in the High category, this category means that the farmer performance of developing mustard greens is very good. And the factors that significantly influence farmers' decision making in trying green mustard farming between others are age, and access to markets.
