Penerapan Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dalam Penentuan Penerima Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa (BLT DD)

Abstract

The government’s plan, called Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT), helps underprivileged people with criteria or without criteria by providing cash or other assistance. BLT, PKH, basic food social assistance, house renovations and others are some of the social assistance programs held in Indonesia for underprivileged people with different types of provision. There are problems such as selecting aid recipients which is increasingly difficult, this is because the number of village residents is quite large and many residents are proposing assistance to provide BLT assistance. To solve this problem, a decision-making system is needed in determining BLT recipients. The research uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the weight of each criterion and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) to rank potensial BLT recipients. This research obtained weighted result for age of 0.508, marital status of 0.247, health of 0.138, unmarried orphans of 0.070, not currently receiving/receiving other social assistance of 0.038 with a Consistency Ratio (CR) value of 0.0892, meaning the weight calculation is consistent.
