Pengelolaan Asuhan Keperawatan pada Remaja Putri yang Mengalami Keputihan dengan Gangguan Rasa Nyaman di Kecamatan Medan Baru

Abstract

Leucorrhoea is excessive discharge from the vagina other than menstrual blood. Leucorrhoea that occurs in adolescents can be caused by fungal infections due to damp underwear and can also be caused by not keeping genitalia dean properly. Leucorrhoen experienced by most adolescents can interfere with the feeling of comfort due to the itching sensation it causes, the unpleasant odor and the large amount of vuginal discharge that comes out. One way to reduce vaginal discharge is to apply vulva hygiene at home. Vulva rygiene is one of the treatments for the genitalia to avoid various diseases, one of which is leucorrhoea. If vulva hygiene is applied every day, the vaginal discharge that is being experienced will be reduced. The purpose of this senior practicum is to provide information and understanding on how to reduce vaginal discharge with vulva hygiene with a nursing care approach. Nursing care begins July 3.to Jhdy 28, 2023. The methodology in this senior practice is a case study involving 3 clients being managed with vaginal discharge problems. The three clients were taught and motivated to perform vulva hygiene routinely every day. The results of nursing care showed that the three clients were able to understand and perform vulva hygiene property and it was found that the vaginal discharge experienced by the three clients was reduced and the client felt more comfortable. It is hoped that the three clients will continue to perform vidva hygiene at home every day.
