| dc.description.abstract | The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The data used in this study is a type of panel data (combined time series and cross section data) from 2017-2021 in 33 regencies/cities in North Sumatra Province. The variables used are GRDP (Y), Profit Sharing Fund (X1), General Allocation Fund (X2), Special Allocation Fund (X3). In analyzing the data, a panel data regression model is used by using Software Eviews 12. The results of this study show that the balanced fund variable, namely the Production Sharing Fund (DBH), has a positive and significant effect on the economic growth of North Sumatra 2017-2021, while the General Allocation Fund (DAU) variable has a positive and significant effect on the economic growth of North Sumatra 2017-2021 and the variable of the Special Allocation Fund (DAK) has a negative and significant effect on the economic growth of North Sumatra 2017-2021.
