This thesis tries to analyze the social solidarity of online motorcycle taxi drivers Maxim (case study of Padang Bulan). With the aim of finding out what social solidarity is carried out by Maxim online motorcycle taxi drivers, especially in Medan City, Padang Bulan sub-district. Using a descriptive qualitative method in this method to obtain field data in the form of words and images conducted through interviews. There are three types of data collection techniques, namely observation. This activity is carried out to see how people/society behave when we conduct interviews. The interview is in the form of questions and answers between the researcher and the informant who will be studied. Documentation is the result of researchers' interviews when conducting observations and interviews in the field in the form of photos, videos and even recordings via cellphone. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the Maxim online motorcycle taxi drivers form a community because they have several similarities, such as similar hobbies, professions, and even the same fate as each other. In the Medan City maxim community, mechanical and organic solidarity is used. Both are interrelated with their communities. Therefore, this is why it is necessary to hold discussions about social solidarity. Researchers saw that Maxim's online motorcycle taxi drivers were united and solid in all matters, whether they felt mutual help and concern for friends, both with or within their community and outside their community. And the sense of togetherness they have makes them feel more like they have a new family and friends from their community. The analysis in this research is collective awareness and trust that must be instilled and built properly to form a community. Based on a person's self-identity, or as a collective action of two or more people. With the aim of understanding various factors that are considered unusual human actions or those carried out spontaneously/sudden movements. Trust is an attitude that trusts individuals and groups at a certain level who are well interconnected. There are three factors in forming trust in each other, namely, ability, integration, and kindness in an individual. Based on the conclusions made by the researchers, the conclusion obtained is that the Medan City Maxim community includes mechanical and organic social solidarity, but what is more prominent among Maxim online motorcycle taxi drivers is their organic social solidarity.en_US
