Abstract

This thesis aims to examine and analyze the power relations between the Hanura Party and the Youth Pancasila Community Organization (OMPP) in the context of the 2019 Legislative Election in Medan City. The research is conducted to understand the dynamics of interaction, collaboration, and conflicts between political parties and community organizations in garnering political support and achieving their political goals. The research methodology employed is qualitative with a case study approach. Data is collected through in-depth interviews with key figures from the Hanura Party and OMPP, document analysis, and direct observation of political activities conducted by both entities during the 2019 Legislative Election campaign.
