Objective senior practice is do care nursing on elderly with Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 in Medan Helvetia District for increase quality life elderly. Methodology This use studies case with involved 1 client 63 years old with Diabetes Mellitus Type 2. Upbringing process nursing held from July 3, 2023 to July 28, 2023 with problem nursing to be priority on case This that is instability rate glucose blood relate with insulin resistance, fatigue relate with condition physiological And risk perfusion network peripheral relate with hyperglycemia. Implementation main thing to do to client with do exercise physique diabetic foot exercise every fruitful day. For lower And stabilize rate glucose blood. Results obtained rate glucose client down And stable, client No experience fatigue and numb feet And cramps reduced. Conclusions obtained exists influence application diabetic foot exercise against decline rate glucose blood as well as stabilize rate glucose blood on type 2 diabetes mellitus.
