dc.description.abstractDemocratic leadership is leadership that can accommodate all the interests of the people it leads. Leadership styles that are not suitable or not suitable for implementation given by leaders to their employees can reduce motivation, performance and job satisfaction because they can directly or indirectly affect the work productivity of nurses to improve the quality of nursing care services to clients. The purpose of this senior practicum is to manage nursing care with a communication leadership style on nurse job satisfaction. To be able to accommodate the aspirations or input from nurses, a leadership style is needed. Representational leadership style describes the head of space who tends to involve nurses in making decisions, delegating, authorizing, encouraging participation in deciding work methods and goals.en_US
