Pengaruh Pengeluaran Pemerintah pada Sektor Pendidikan Kesehatan dan Infrastruktur terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Provinsi Sumatera Utara

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of government spending on the Health Education and infrastructure sectors on economic growth in North Sumatra Province. The type of data used is quantitative data, namely data in the form of numbers processed using quantitative descriptive methods. The data used in this research is panel data (a combination of time series and cross section data) from 2017 - 2021 in 10 districts and cities in North Sumatra Province. The variables used are Economic Growth (Y) Education (X1), Health (X2), and Infrastructure (X3). In analyzing the data, a panel data regression mod el was used using Eviews 12 Software. The results of this research show that government spending in the education sector has a positive and significant effect on economic growth, government spending in the health sector is not significant but has a positive effect on economic growth, government spending in the infrastructure sector has a negative and significant effect on economic growth.
