Analisis Modal Investasi dan Kelayakan Finansial Usahatani Jambu Biji (Psidium guajava L.) (Studi Kasus : Desa Sei Semayang, Kecamatan Sunggal, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, Provinsi Sumatera Utara)

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the characteristics and profiles of guava seed farmers, calculating the income levels of farmers, analyzing factors that influence guava farming and deciding the feasibility of guava farming. The data analysis method used is the income method, the acceptance method, the R/C feasibility analysis method and the B/C ratio and the feasibility analysis method using BEP prices, BEP receipts and BEP income. The results showed that; The land area of guava in the study area decreased in total land area over a period of 8 years; The guava farming income received by farmers is IDR 36.158.735/year and the average income of guava farming is IDR 54.153.608 /year; Guava farming in the study area is still feasible with R/C ratio = 3,01 and B/C ratio =2,01; selling price is higher than BEP price, production is higher than BEP production and revenue is higher than BEP Revenue.
