Gambaran Profil Hemostasis pada Pasien Kanker Payudara dan Kanker Paru di RSUP H. Adam Malik Medan
Abstract
Introduction.
Hemostasis is an endogenous mechanism that protects the body
against bleeding and blood loss, including in cancer patients. This system
includes plasma factors, platelets and the blood vessel wall in cancer patients.,
the hemostasis mechanism reflects the balance between procoagulant and
anticoagulant mechanisms involved in the fibrinolytic process. ObjectiveObjective. To
determine the hemostasis profile including PT, APTT, TT, D dimer,
Fibrinogen. Methods. This study is a descriptive study using a cross sectional
design. Data collection was done by non probability sampling technique with
consecutive sampling method using medical records. The research subjects
were breast cancer and lung cancer patients at H. Adam Malik Hospital
Medan, totaling 179 people. ResultsResults. breast cancer APTT, TT, and fibrinogen
were normal with the number of APTT (47.9%) TT (52.1%) and fibrinogen
(65.8%). While PT, D dimer increased, where PT elongated as much as
(80.2%) fibrinogen (56.2%). lung cancer PT, fibrinogen, d dimer relatively
increased with the number of patients PT (70.9%) fibrinogen (51.2%) d dimer
(80.2%). While the picture of APTT, TT values is normal with the number of
APTT (46.5%) and TT (50.0%). Conclusion. In lung cancer PT, fibrinogen, d
dimer are relatively increased, while the picture of APTT, TT values is normal.
In breast cancer APTT, TT, and fibrinogen were normal, while PT, D dimer
increased.
