    Perencanaan Sistem Jaringan Perpipaan Distribusi Air Minum di Perumahan Karyawan PTPN IV Pabatu

    Abstract
    Studi perencanaan sistem jaringan perpipaan distribusi air minum ini bertujuan untuk merancang suatu sistem pendistribusian air bersih melalui jaringan pipa serta menganalisis aspek yang mempengaruhi dari sistem pendistribusian air bersih melalui jaringan pipa. Metode pendistribusian air bersih yang digunakan di Perumahan Karyawan PTPN IV Pabatu menggunakan metode gravitasi dan pompa dimana sumber airnya berasal dari pipa induk yang dirancang pada penelitian sebelumnya. Sistem perencanaan menggunakan aplikasi Epanet 2.0 kemudian di analisa dengan perhitungan manual Hardy-cross. Dari hasil perhitungan di peroleh kapasitas total kebutuhan untuk air bersih di perumahan Karyawan PTPN IV Pabatu adalah 0,0045625 m3/detik dan kebutuhan air bersih pada saat jam puncak adalah 0,006843 m3/detik. Jenis pipa yang di gunakan di perumahan Karyawan PTPN IV Pabatu adalah pipa PVC kelas S-10 dengan koefesien kekasaran 150 dan diameter 100mm, 750mm, 50mm dan 25mm. Pemasangan pipa distribusi di PTPN IV Pabatu memerlukan 1397,3 m untuk pipa 100mm, 1674,3 m untuk pipa 75mm, 3350,2 m untuk pipa 50mm dan 1228,4 m untuk pipa 25mm.
     
    The purpose of this study of planning the dringking water distribution piping network system is to design a distribution system for clean water through pipelines also analyzing the influencing aspects of the clean water distribution system through pipelines. The method of distribution clean water which is used in the housing of PTPN IV Pabatu employed used the gravity method and the pump where the water source comes from the main pipe which is desaigned in the previous study. The planing system is using the Epanet 2.0 application then was anlyzed by Hardy-cross manual calculation. From the results of the calculation, the total capacity requiremen for clean water in the housing of PTPN IV Pabatu housing complex is 0.0045625 and the need for clean water at peak hours is 0.006843. The type of pipe used in the housing of PTPN IV Pabatu is a S-10 PVC pipe with roughness coefficient of 150 and a diameter of 100mm, 75mm, 50mm and 25mm. Distribution pipe instalation at PTPN IV Pabatu requires 1397.3m for 100mm pipe, 1674.3m for 75mm, 3350.2 for 50mm pipe and 1228.4m for 25mm pipe.
