This research aims to determine the efficiency of the balance pineapple waste as source of fiber substitute for forage in complete feed formulations on dry matter digestibility and organic matter digestibility in vitro. This research was design using Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 4 replications. The treatments consisted of P0 = (100% elephant grass + 0% pineapple waste); P1 = (75% elephant grass + 25% pineapple waste); P2 = (50% elephant grass + 50% pineapple waste); P3 = (25% elephant grass + 75% pineapple waste) and P4 = (0% elephant grass + 100% pineapple waste) of the total forage in the ration. The result showed that the balance of pineapple waste in complete feed had a highly significant effect (P<0,01)on the Dry Matter Digestibility Coefficient (DMDC) and Organic Matter Digestibility Coefficient (OMDC). The average DMDC P0, P1, P2, P3 and P4 were 53,85%; 55,96%; 57,60%; 59,42%; 63,48%, while OMDC were 56,74%; 59,65%; 62,77%; 68,03%; 72,23%. Conclusion is ratio of pineapple waste for forage in compelete feed has highly significant on dry matter and organic matter digestibility in vitro. Increasing of the level substitution pineapple waste with elephant grass in complete feed, increase dry matter and organic matter digestibility in vitro. Highest dry matter and organic matter digestibility at P4 (100% pineapple waste substitution level) 63,48% and 72,23%.en_US
