Salmonellosis is a zoonotic infectious disease. Giving antibiotics to control this disease can result in residues so that microbes become resistant. This study aims to determine the ability of Binahong leaves (Anredera cordifolia (Ten) Steenis) in controlling the growth of Salmonella Sp in broiler chickens infected with Salmonella sp. This study used a completely randomised design (CRD) with five treatments and four replicates, namely control (P0), infection without antibiotics (P1), infection + Colimas (P2), infection + 7.5 g binahong leaf powder (P3), and infection + 15 g binahong leaf powder (P4). The results showed that 15 g binahong leaf pouder (P4) could reduce the population of Salmonella Sp in broiler chickens infected with Salmonella Sp and could replace the use of antibiotics.en_US
