dc.description.abstractCompetition that occurs in the world of education makes schools continue to strive to improve the quality and quality of their schools. This can be done by improving the quality of its resources, namely teachers, by providing motivation that can encourage educators to continue to do their best and become more accomplished. The form of motivation that can be given is by giving an award through an exemplary teacher selection. This study applies fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making using the Simple Additive Weighting method to rank exemplary teacher candidates using criteria set by the government, namely performance criteria including academic qualifications, training and principal assessments and competency performance including pedagogical competence, professional competence, personality competence, and social competence, which have previously been converted data using Fuzzy Tsukamoto.en_US
