    Abstract
    The selection of the research location was carried out deliberately with the consideration that PT. Ciliandra Perkasa is one of the oil palm plantations that has a decreasing number of employees from 2018 to 2021. This study aims to determine how the level of job satisfaction and the level of turnover that occurs at PT Ciliandra Perkasa Kebun Sei Batang Ulak and to find out how the influence of job satisfaction on turnover. The sampling used in this research is accidental sampling. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression with the help of the SPSS 21 program. The results showed that the level of job satisfaction at the research location was in the Satisfied category with an average score of 3.98 and the turnover rate that occurred in the company was in the good category with an average score of 3.92. As well as job satisfaction has a real effect on turnover but has a negative relationship direction which means that the higher the level of job satisfaction, the higher the turnover.
