Pengelolaan Asuhan Keperawatan pada Pasien dengan Gangguan Sistem Reproduksi Post Operasi Kista Endometriosis di Ruang Maternitas Rumah Sakit Prof Dr. Chairuddin Panusunan Lubis Universitas Sumatera Utara

Abstract

Endometriosis is an estrogen related chronic gynecological disorder that can significantly reduce an individual's quality of life. Endometriosis is the presence of some endometrial tissue (glands and stroma) that grows outside the uterus. Women with this problem will experience disturbances in their quality of life both physically, psychospiritually, environmentally and socioculturally. Another risk is the emergence of malignancy in the reproductive system. The purpose of this paper is to provide an overview of the implementation of nursing care for clients with endometriosis cysts. Care is given to address the nursing problems experienced by clients. This research was conducted in the Maternity Room at Prof. Hospital. dr. Chairuddin Panusunan Lubis, University of Sumatera Utara, carried out by providing nursing care to 2 clients. The results obtained that the two clients have the same nursing diagnosis. The results obtained after the evaluation is that the nursing problem is resolved.
