Faktor- Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan Panen pada PT. Pp. London Sumatra Indonesia, Tbk Rambong Sialang Estate di Kecamatan Sei Rampah Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline, employee age, length of work experience and plant age on the performance of harvest employees at PT. PP. London Sumatra Indonesia, Tbk Rambong Sialang Estate. The research method used to determine the research area is purposive. The sampling method of this study is by Simple Random Sampling. The method of determining the number of samples used the Slovin method obtained as many as 57 samples the analysis method used is the Multiple Linear Regression method. The results showed that, simultaneously, discipline variables, employee age, length of work experience, and plant age had a real effect on crop employee performance variables, but partially only discipline variables, length of work experience and plant age had a real effect.
