The Influence of Institutional Ownership, Intellectual Capital, Profitability, Leverage, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on Firm Value at Food and Beverage Industry Companies Usted in The Indonesia Stock Exchannge in The Period of 2018-2022
Abstract
The level of success in a company is often related to stock price. High stock price will increase firm value and market trust. The objective of the research was to examine the influence of Institutional Ownership ratio, Intellectual Capital, Profitability, Leverage, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on Firm Value. The research objects were 44 food and beverage industry companies listed in BE/ (Indonesia Stock Exchange) in the period of 2018-2022, and 20 of them were used as the samples, taken by using purposive sampling technique. Secondary data were analyzed by using Panel Data Regression Analysis. The result of the research showed that Institutional Ownership, Intellectual Capital, and CSR had negative influence on Stock Price while Profitability had positive and significant influence on the company's Stock Price. It was also found that Leverage ratio had positive and significant influence on Stock Price.
