Pengelolaan Asuhan Keperawatan pada Ibu Post Sectio Caesarea dengan Plasenta Previa di Ruang Maternitas RS Prof. Dr. Chairuddin Lubis USU

Abstract

Obstetric bleeding that occurs in the third trimester of pregnancy and that occurs after the placental child is born is generally heavy bleeding, and if it is not treated promptly it can lead to fatal shock. One of the causes is placenta previa. Placenta Previa is an abnormally located placenta, namely in the lower uterine segment so that it covers part or all of the internal uterine ostium. . Based on the results of the assessment and evaluation carried out by the author on post partum maternal patients with placenta previa at Prof. Hospital. Chairuddin Panasunan Lubis at USU found that the patient lacked knowledge about breastfeeding and proper breastfeeding techniques. After the intervention was carried out by providing health education and teaching proper breastfeeding techniques, mothers became more understanding and able to properly breastfeed their children. Mother's response was very good and gave positive feedback, and also felt comfortable and relaxed. It is expected that patients can implement it in everyday life to improve health, and also maintain a healthy lifestyle such as maintaining nutritional patterns, adequate rest and regular exercise according to needs.
