Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic system instability characterized by increased blood glucose levels and high spending of glucose in the urine. The most common type of diabetes mellitus found is type II diabetes mellitus. Management of hyperglycemia can be done to overcome the instability of blood glucose levels and with complementary therapy, namely hydrotherapy techniques. By applying the hydrotherapy technique, it can encourage the breakdown and dilution of glucose in the blood plasma if consumed regularly so as to prevent instability of blood glucose levels. The aim of senior practice is to apply the theories and concepts of nursing care (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation). Management of nursing care is given to clients with type II diabetes mellitus with hyperglycemia management and hydrotherapy techniques to overcome the instability of blood glucose levels. This type of case study is descriptive. The subject of this case study is Mr. M patient with Diabetes Mellitus Type II. Results of case studies on clients Mr. M experienced a decrease in blood glucose levels and was within normal limits. It is recommended for families to apply hyperglycemia management and hydrotherapy techniques to maintain the stability of the client's blood glucose levels so that they can support healing and improve quality of life.en_US
