Adolescence is a transition period from childhood to adulthood. One of the periods in an individual's life span is adolescence. Adolescence is a time filled with many changes and is considered the most difficult period in life before a person enters the world of adulthood. Adolescent dropouts are adolescents who are unable to continue or stop school before completing primary and secondary education. self-confidence and self-esteem. Teenagers who drop out of school have low self-esteem, the role of self-esteem is very large in the world of education. Adolescents who have high self-esteem will be more motivated to achieve success in life Nursing interventions can increase self-esteem in adolescents. This senior practice report aims to carry out nursing implementation on adolescent victims of broken homes with situational low self-esteem disorders. The existence of support from the family can also increase adolescent self-esteem. Therefore, implementation in the family was also given. The results of providing this nursing care show that the client has been able to accept the condition of his family, has positive thoughts about himself, good eye contact, is happy when receiving praise. Nursing care for adolescents with low self-esteem problems can be recommended to be carried out in health services so that mental health problems in adolescents are handled quickly so that they do not become a disorder.
