Abstract
PHBS in schools is an activity to empower students, teachers and the school community to want to adopt a healthy lifestyle to create healthy schools. In general, elementary school students really need health care because it can be seen from their quite busy activities from school, playing and studying everyday, but in reality they pay little attention to their own health, so it is necessary to socialize the formation of young nurses. Child nurses are activities established to improve the health of school-age children by the School Health Enterprises (UKS) through basic health care and medical treatment programs. Due to various limitations, the role of the UKS has not been able to be carried out optimally. The general objective of writing this senior practice report is to improve students' ability to apply Nursing Care Management for Clean and Healthy Behavior by Forming Little Nurses for Children of SD MIS Al Mukhisin, Bangun Sari Village, Tanjung Morawa. The sample for this activity was 20 students from SD MIS Al Mukhisin, Bangun Sari Tanjung Morawa Village. The methods used include lectures, discussions, demonstrations, and redemonstrations. The material that will be given to students is the importance of a clean and healthy life at school and simple wound care. Based on the results of the study, 13 students had never received information about PHBS and 20 students admitted that they had never received training in simple wound care either from schools or health workers. After the formation of young nurses and education about PHBS and simple wound care, the knowledge of 20 students at SD MIS Al Mukhisin increased. Students understand clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) at school and are able to perform simple wound care independently. Students, teachers and school principals are expected to play an active role in efforts to improve school health by implementing Clean and Healthy Behavior every day at school and running the UKS optimally.
