Asthma is considered to be a serious disease since it can cause breathing difficulty and can be life threatening. Treatment compliance is crucial during the asthma healing process. Therefore, both patient's self-efficacy and consistency in following the mutually agreed treatment are required to achieve the treatment goal. The research aims to analyze the correlation between self-efficacy and treatment compliance on Asthma Control Test (ACT) in patients with asthma. This research employs quantitative research method with a correlation research design and the research samples are made up of 44 asthma patients. Purposive Sampling is used as sampling technique in accordance with the inclusion criteria and instruments of self-efficacy, treatment compliance and Asthma Control Test (ACT). Data are analyzed using Chi-Square test. The research results indicate that 28 people (63.6%) are in the poor category of self-efficacy. The majority patients indicate good treatment compliance, namely 24 people (54.5%) and it indicates that Asthma Control Test (ACT) is uncontrolled, namely 32 people (72.7%). The results of Chi-Square statistical test of self-efficacy and the Asthma Control Test (ACT) indicate p-value = 0.001 < 0.05 and the value of treatment compliance and Asthma Control Test (ACT) indicate p-value = 0.051 > 0.05. The research concludes that there is no significant correlation between self-efficacy and treatment compliance on the Asthma Control Test (ACT}.en_US
