Introduction. Breast cancer is a condition that occurs when abnormal cells grow uncontrollably, originating in the breast tissue. Breast cancer affecting women at a very young age, ≤35 years old, is reported at a rate of 18.8 cases per 100,000 women, typically accompanied by a poor prognosis. Determining the diagnosis, prognosis, and therapy for breast cancer can be achieved through immunohistochemical (IHC) examinations to detect biomarkers such as estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR), human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 (HER2), as well as the Ki-67 proliferation index. Additionally, clinicopathological examinations can be conducted to determine the histopathological type, grading, and staging of breast cancer. Purpose. Analyzing the relationship between immunohistochemistry and clinicopathology in very young women breast cancer at H. Adam Malik General Hospital Medan from 2020 to 2023. Method. This study is analytical research with a retrospective cross-sectional approach. The sample in this study consists of 38 medical record data samples that meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria, which will be analyzed using the SPSS application with the Fisher Exact method. Results. The research results indicate that there is no significant relationship between immunohistochemistry and histopathological type with a p-value of p=1.000 (>0.05). There is no significant relationship between immunohistochemistry and grading with a p-value of p=0.974 (>0.05). There is no significant relationship between immunohistochemistry and staging with a p-value of p=0.834 (>0.05). Conclusion. There is no significant association was found between immunohistochemistry and clinicopathology of breast cancer in very young women.en_US
