Peranan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa di Bagian Akademik, Kemahasiswaan dan Alumni Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Sumatera Utara

Abstract

Service quality is any activity that a person does by using his ability to fulfill the wants and needs of others. The more quality service provided by the company, the higher the satisfaction felt by customers. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of service quality on student satisfaction in the Academic, Student Affairs, and Alumni Section of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of North Sumatra. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. This research was conducted in August 2023 with 50 respondents. Based on the results of the analysis conducted by the researcher, it was found that the quality of service to student satisfaction in the Academic, Student Affairs, and Alumni Section of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of North Sumatra was categorized as quite good and satisfying in accordance with student expectations.
