    Abstract
    Background. Children under five years old (under five) are children aged 12-59 months. Children under five are the country's hope and future investment. They are the golden generation, the future generation as human resources (HR) who will succeed in national development. Indonesia will reach its golden age in 2045 when Indonesia reaches 100 years of independence. Indonesia has a target to achieve the golden generation of 2045. "Healthy toddlers, golden generation, superior Indonesia" is the slogan used. We must pay more attention to the health and development of toddlers. Objective. Analyzing the relationship between nutritional intake and nutritional status in toddlers in the Patumbak Health Center working area. Methods. This study is an analytic study. Subjects in this study were children aged 12 months to 59 months. Data on nutritional intake was obtained using the 24-hour food recall method for 2 non-consecutive times. The statistical test used was Spearman's Rank Order Correlation test. Results and Discussion. Most children under five in the Patumbak Health Center working area have excessive carbohydrate, protein, and fat nutrient intake, deficient vitamin C and calcium nutrient intake, and good nutritional status. Conclusion. There is no relationship between carbohydrate, protein, vitamin C, and calcium intake with nutritional status in toddlers in the Patumbak Health Center working area. There is a relationship between fat intake and nutritional status in toddlers.
