Peran Modal Kerja dan Jumlah Tenaga Kerja Terhadap Pendapatan UMKM di Kecamatan Medan Denai

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence the number of workers and working capital has on MSME income in Medan Denai District. The type of research used in this research was qualitative with a total of 110 informants. Sampling in this study used a purposive proportional random sampling technique. This research data was obtained from interviews, field notes, and other materials. The data is analyzed interactively continuously until complete. The research results show that so far the number of workers and working capital have had a good impact on MSME income in Medan Denai District. It can be seen that the development of MSMEs in Medan Denai District is very good and their competitiveness is assessed as very high by all respondents from the interviews that have been conducted. With an adequate number of workers, it will help to increase income because the performance of the workforce is very good and can help business owners to be able to advance the business they are running, and working capital also has a good effect on income because if there is enough working capital to be able to start business will then help to buy raw materials.
