Pengaruh Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Terhadap Sektor Unggulan di Kabupaten Solok Selatan dengan Investasi Sebagai Variabel Mediasi
Abstract
This study is to determine how much direct influence Economic Growth has on the Leading Sector in South Solok Regency and to determine the role of Domestic Investment in mediating the causal relationship of Economic Growth to the Leading Sector in South Solok Regency.
The type of research used is Explanatory Research, which is research developed to investigate a phenomenon that has never been studied before. This study uses secondary data taken from the official website of the Central Bureau of Statistics of South Solok and the investment realization report of the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Agency (DPMPTSP) of South Solok Regency. The data used as many as 107 data in the form of time series in monthly form in the period 2012-2020 were processed using SPSS software version 25.
The results of this study show the results of the Location Quotient (LQ) for 2012-2020, the agriculture, forestry and fisheries sectors, mining and quarrying sectors, construction sectors and large trade and retail sectors are the leading sectors in South Solok Regency. Directly Economic Growth has a positive and significant effect on the Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Sector, Economic Growth has a negative and significant effect on the Mining and Quarrying Sector, Economic Growth has a positive and significant effect on the Construction Sector, Economic Growth has a negative and significant effect on the Large Trade and Retail Sector. Domestic Investment partially mediates Economic Growth in the Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Sector in South Solok Regency, Domestic Investment does not mediate Economic Growth in the Mining and Quarry Sector in South Solok Regency, Domestic Investment partially mediates Economic Growth in the construction sector in South Solok Regency and Domestic Investment does not mediate Economic Growth in the large trade and retail sector in South Solok Regency.
