dc.description.abstractThe role of the instructor is very important in creating satisfaction with training participants. This research aims to find out how the instructor's role is in improving the quality of training at the vocational training center and Medan productivity for the training participants at the Medan Vocational Training and Productivity Center. The sources in this research are the technical training participants used. in collecting data is a Questionnaire. The results of the research and discussion can be seen that the role of the instructor to the training participants is optimal and classified as good, where the instructor has met the indicators of a good instructor including teaching skills, communication skills, personality, social skills, technical skills, emotional stability, which is very influential in creating satisfaction for training participants.en_US
