Work Ethics and Relationships in Improving The Performance of Employees of The Facilitation and Budgeting Section at The North Sumatra DPRD Secretariat Office
Abstract
To achieve good performance, agencies must be able to pay attention to the application of employee ethics. The application of good and correct ethics can produce good working relationships as well. Ethics is also a guideline for professionalism for every employee. Ethics are very influential for everyone to be able to socialize with other individuals. A harmonious and harmonious working relationship can also improve the performance of employees and the organization itself. Work ethics is the main thing in carrying out work to achieve ethical excellence and character excellence which results in superior work and performance.
The data collection method used in this research is field observation and interviews. The result of this research is that ethics in work relations is very important, because the achievement of a harmonious and harmonious and balanced relationship between behavior in the production process will increase the work productivity (performance) of employees and the agency itself.
The purpose of this research is designed to improve and perfect the development of ethical behavior and work relationships that occur in the work environment of the Office of the DPRD Secretariat of North Sumatra Province and pay attention to the quality and communication of Human Resources (HR) within the agency so as to create a comfortable work environment for employees and can improve the performance of employees and the agency itself.
