This study aims to examine the relationship between responsibility feeling, fault feeling and responsibility judgment with pro-environmental behavior among students at the University of North Sumatra. The subjects in this study totaled 409 people with characteristics as active students at the University of North Sumatra. The method used in this research is a correlational quantitative method. The data collection method uses a Likert scale, namely the Responsibility Feeling scale, Guilt Feeling & Responsibility Judgment and the General Ecological Behavioral scale. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test and Pearson correlation test. In this study it was found that responsibility feeling and responsibility judgment had a relationship with pro-environmental behavior with p values of 0.030 and 0.009 with p <0.05. Whereas feelings of guilt have no relationship with pro-environmental behavior with a p value of 0.222 with p > 0.05.
