    Abstract
Human Immunodeficiency Virus or HIV/ Acquired Immuno Deficiency Syndrome or AIDS, both of which are diseases that are classified as deadly diseases and cannot be cured. For now the treatment given to sufferers is Anitervorial type drugs (ARV) with the aim of inhibiting viral replication. Those infected with HIV/AIDS are very susceptible to experiencing psychological disorders including depression, suicidal feelings, and anxiety. Even when they have received ARV treatment, sufferers face problems related to side effects, then experience Lost To Follow-up, and pandemic conditions that add anxiety to HIV/AIDS sufferers. The purpose of this study is to see how the Post-Truamtic Growth picture of a person with HIV/AIDS, as well as the changes that occur in the person with HIV/AIDS themselves. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, which according to Poerwandari, the research will produce and process descriptive data on a phenomenon that is currently happening or experienced by exploration-oriented research subjects. The results of this study indicate that both subjects experienced better changes and improvements. However, the first subject showed significant changes compared to the second subject, which was also influenced by how long the two subjects took ARVs to be able to recover physically and psychologically. Both also indicate life expectancy as well as an opportunity to improve what has happened for the better.
