The Role of Perceived Organizational Support on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in SDN 085115 Teachers
Abstract
This study aims to examine the role of Perceived Organizational Support on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of teachers at SDN 085115 Sibolga. Subjects in this study amounted to 30 subjects. This research is a quantitative research with data collection methods using a Likert scale, namely the Perceived Organizational Support scale and the Organizational Citizenship Behavior scale. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that there is a role of Perceived Organizational Support on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with a value of p = 0.028 (p <0.05).
