The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Impulsivity on Internet gaming disorder in early adolescents. Impulsivity describes behavior that acts without planning (Patton & Barrat, 1995). While internet gaming disorder is the excessive use of games so that many activities are interrupted (Griffiths, 2014) Participants in this study totaled 349 early adolescents (x ̅ = 13.32 years, SD = 0.77). The method used in this study is a quantitative method with the Barratt Impulsiveness scale research instrument (Patton & Barratt, 1995) and internet gaming disorder (Rangkuti, 2021). Based on the R test, it is found that the R² is 17% with a p value of 0.001, which means that there is a significant effect of 17%. Meanwhile, based on the category, the results show that 53.6% of early adolescents experience internet gaming disorder and 23.2% of adolescents are classified as very impulsive behavior.en_US
