The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of religious commitment on place attachment in houses of worship. Religious commitment is defined as the extent to which a person adheres to the values, beliefs and practices of his religion and uses them in daily life. Place attachment is a place that is given meaning, where the place already has a meaning and there has been a deep social and emotional process in that place, either individually, in groups, or culturally. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with incidental sampling as the sampling methods. There are 197 subjects in this study. Likert scale is used as Data collection, namely the scale of religious commitment and place attachment. The analytical method used is simple regression analysis method. The results of this research indicate that there is an influence of religious commitment on place attachment in houses of worship. For that reason, the houses of worship of all religions in Indonesia need to evaluate their religious organizations that are related to religious commitment.en_US
