Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of the implementation of discipline and work motivation on the work productivity of employees in Division 02 Pondok Uling, Rambung Sialang Estate, PT.PP. LONDON SUMATRA, Tbk. A total of 63 samples were used, selected using the Simple Random Sampling technique, and multiple linear regression was employed for the analysis. Based on the results of the analysis conducted, it indicates that both work discipline and work motivation, both collectively and individually, have a positive and significant influence on the work productivity of employees in Division 02 Pondok Uling
