Ethanol is one of the compounds found in the composition of liquor or the like, with the chemical formula C:H&O. This substance is contained in several types of alcohol, which are produced naturally and industrially using a fermentation process. If ethanol is consumed in excess, it will stimulate the central nervous system. Research on ethanol analysis of gastric fluid samples of white male mice (Mus-musculus). The preparation process was carried out by euthanasia and dislocation of the neck of the mice, sample preparation before analysis, namely the sample will be extracted before further analysis, and extraction of gastric fluid samples from white male mice using toluene solvent. The method used is Headspace: Single Drop Microekstraction. Qualitative analysis includes analysis using K-Cr:O, which produces a green solation. Quantitative analysis with 14.2176% area at 1% concentration. Validation analysis for precision: 0.00008295 and RSD: 0,002765% Linearity is obtained by the equation Y 408,55x + 9,8872 andr = 0.9275, LOD: 0,10186 and LOQ: 0,33953. The results of this analysis indicate that gas chromatography samples of mouse gastric fluid are valid.en_US
