dc.description.abstractIn the industrial world, accuracy in mapping employees to complete a particular job is very necessary. So that, a method of solving assignment problems is needed to obtain optimal results by mapping one job to one worker (employee). At the same time, the company is also required to guarantee the quality of a product produced by its workers which of course is related to that the company must be able to pair a job with good employee to get optimal results. In this case, there are several methods that can be used by companies to solve assignment problems, namely the Hungarian method, in which this study attempts to analyze the optimal solutions to the assignment problem in that methods. Based on this research, the Hungarian method obtained a score 469en_US
