Alat Pendeteksi Polusi Udara PM2.5 dengan Fitur GPS sebagai Pendeteksi Koordinat melalui Basis Akuisisi Data
Abstract
Medan city is the fourth largest city in Indonesia with a population in 2022 of 2.494.512 people. Economic growth and the accompanying population growth have led to an increase in the number of vehicles as well as industrial activities and the associated energy consumption can cause serious air quality problems. An air pollution detection device has been designed, especially PM2.5. The purpose of making this tool is to detect air pollution integrated with GPS as regional coordinates and calibrate the tool with Air Quality Detector Model V1 6 IN 1. The working principle is that the PMS5003 sensor will detect PM2.5 values, the GPS sensor will read location data (latitude and longitude). The data that has been read from the sensors will be processed into a string containing PM2.5 data, GPS data, time, and date. The data will be displayed on the LCD screen, then stored on the SD card. The results showed that the calibration results showed an error of 2,46% and the concentration of PM2.5 pollutants at the research location still met the quality standards set by the 2020 Minister of Environment and Forestry Regulation No. 14 with the limit value of PM2.5 air pollution concentration allowed in ambient air is 65 ugr.m-3. The average concentration of PM2.5 in Medan City is Medan Baru: 35,96 ugr.m-3, Medan Petisah: 33,75 ugr.m-3, Medan Amplas: 46,08 ugr.m-3, Medan Johor: 38,49 ugr.m-3, Medan Kota: 34,58 ugr.m-3, Medan Deli 61,7 ugr.m-3.
