dc.description.abstract | Meteorological observations are essential for human well-being and needs Observation of weather elements is used as material to predict weather in the funire. The system that will be built on this occasion is a weather parameter monitoring system that can be monitored from anywhere via the internet. The system built will monitor air temperature, mimidity or rain conditions or not and the intensity of sunlight. The design uses sensors that can be read by a microcontroller and calibrate them into actual values then sent to a server over the internet. Broadly speaking, the working principle of the system is to read data with several sensors, calibrate it, send it to a hotspot over a wifi network and forward it to the Think speak server. After all sensors output the actual value, the microcontroller will send it to the user with the help of the ESP8266 module, the MCU Node. The MCU node will connect to a predefined hotspot and then the data will be sent to a server, Thinkspeak. Users can access the data through a smartphone installed with the Virtuno application. The app will fetch data from the server and display it on the smartphone. The program is made with 2 additional devices namely code vision AVR and Arduino IDE The Atmega8535 microcontroller is programmed with AVR code vision software version 3.27 while the Node Mcu is programmed with Arduino IDE software version 1.8.20 both programs are C language which will be compiled into machine code or hexa
