| dc.description.abstract | Mitra Medika Hospital has an inpatient room that is ready 24 hours, therefore
nurses are needed who can be ready to stand guard during the morning, afternoon and
night shifts. A good nurse scheduling, which meets hospital regulations and nurse
preferences, can have an impact on nurse performance and service to patients. With
the Fuzzy Goal Programming model and the use of the Operator Min Bellman-Zadeh
approach, it is possible to achieve the cleanliness of the target values that the hospital
and nurses want to perceive relating to working hours, working days and patterns of
holidays and holidays. This research produces a model and schedule for one work
period that is in accordance with hospital regulations and nurse preferences using the
