    Abstract
Diethylene Glycol is a compound that has high toxicity and is often used in the preparation of children's syrup. Diethylene Glycol is generally used as a stabilizer or antifreeze agent or a follow-up ingredient in additional compounds (Corried Compound), namely PPG, Glycerol and sorbitol which are permitted at certain levels. One of the intoxications of the Diethylene Glycol compound is that it can cause Acute Kidney lajury (AKI) which is being phenomenal in cases of child syrup drag poisoning in Indonesia in 2022. This candy cảms to conduct a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the toxicity levels of several drug samples found in marker. The analytical method ured is the Gas Chromatograpiry method with Mass Spectrophotometry detectors and functional group analysis in drug samples using Fourier Transform Infra Red (FTIR) Spectroscopy and qualitative analysis of the clusters obtained in the form of showing thai the drag methanol extract sample contains groups OH. CH2, C-O-C. AND CH2 bending which stated that the dreg sample I was positive obtain DEG in concentration 129.472 mglul ar 10357 of the Tolerable Daily Intake (TDI) analysis of the physical propertes of DEG according to SNI no. 06-3780-1995. Method of preparation using zonication extraction for 5 minutes at room temperature and 0.45 um microfiltration. The results obtained from the DEG calibration curve obtained from the quinine y = 21052375.53x+2729165.98 with a correlation coefficient (R2) of 0.996. LOD value: 0,08509% and LOQ:0,28363%.
