dc.description.abstractSchool climate has an urgency in creating a school environment to improve the quality of learning in schools today, especially schools in Indonesia that implement a one-way learning system. This study aims to determine the role of school climate on the creativity of students of X Integrated Islamic Private Elementary School in Medan. The data were obtained from Likert-type school climate scale and Figural Creativity Test. The school climate scale has an alpha reliability of 0.882. The method used was quantitative correlational method with accidental sampling technique. The samples used were students of X integrated Islamic private elementary school in Medan with a total of 182 subjects. The data were analyzed statistically using simple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of school climate on the creativity of students of Integrated Islamic Private Elementary School X in Medan.en_US
