dc.description.abstractThis study aims to see how the description of career maturity in high school students who live in the Al-Washliyah Putra Orphanage and Aisyiyah Putri Orphanage in Medan City. This study used a quantitative research method using a Likert scale with 28 items as a measuring tool which was distributed to high school students who live in the Al-Washliyah Putra Orphanage and Aisyiyah Putri Orphanage in Medan City. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis. The results of the data analysis show that as many as 41 high school students live in the Al-Washliyah Putra Orphanage and the Aisyiyah Putri Orphanage in Medan City, as many as 24 (58.5%) respondents experience moderate career maturity, and as many as 17 (41.5%) respondents experience maturity mid-level career. From this analysis, it can be concluded that most of the high school students who live in the Al-Washliyah Putra Orphanage and Aisyiyah Putri Orphanage in Medan City have a moderate level of career maturityen_US
