dc.description.abstractThe main objective in this study is to determine whether there is a relationship between nationalism and Political trust in Generation Z. The population in this study was all Indonesian people with a sample of Generation Z and amounted to 100 people. Data collection in this study used accidental sampling technique with a measuring instrument in the form of a Likert scale. The nationalism scale was compiled by Augri (2023) using Blank & Smith's (2003) theory. Researchers also used a Political trust scale compiled by Pasadak (2021) using Syed's theory (2016). The data were processed using quantitative methods with Spearman's Rank correlation technique. The results of hypothesis testing show a correlation value (r) of 0.270 significance (Sig.) of 0.007 and it can be known that there is a significant relationship between Political trust and nationalism in generation z. So that the hypothesis of this study is accepted. So that this research hypothesis is accepted. The additional research conducted descriptively quantitatively shows that nationalism in generation z generally tends to be in the high category and all aspects also tend to be in the high category. The results of additional research related to Political trust in generation z in general show that the sample in this study tends to be in the medium category and when viewed from the aspects of Political trust, the aspects of Political trust in generation z also tend to be in the high categoryen_US
