dc.description.abstractThis study research was conducted to see about The effect of sense of community on the community resiliense of online ojek drive. The questionnaire used is the community resilience scale, namely the Communities Advancing Resilience Toolkit Assessment Survey or CART AS and the sense of community scale, namely the Sense of Community Index 2 which has been adapted, there are 115 online ojek driver in the city of Medan and its surroundings. The method used in this research is quantitative method and data analysis using simple linear regression analysis. The hypothesis in this study is that sense of communitywill be positively related to the community resiliense of online ojek driver. Based on the results of this study, it was found that there was a significant effect of sense of community on the community resiliense of online ojek driver. This shows that the higher the sense of community makes the higher the community resiliense of online ojek driver.en_US
