dc.description.abstractThis is a quantitative research aimed at examining the influence of the intellect personality type on the resilience of inclusive school teachers in North Sumatra. The participants in this study involved 110 teachers teaching in inclusive schools located in the region of North Sumatra. To analyze the influence of the intellect personality type on resilience, a simple linear regression test was utilized. Based on the statistical analysis of the data, a significance value of < .001 was obtained. Thus, this research demonstrates a positive influence of the intellect personality type on the resilience of inclusive school teachers in North Sumatra.en_US
