The Influence of Emotional Stability Personality Type on Burnout of Inclusion School Teachers in North Sumatra
Abstract
This study is a quantitative research project that investigates the influence that emotional stability personality types have on the burnout of inclusion school teachers in North Sumatra. For the purpose of achieving academic success in inclusive schools, personality and subjective well-being are regarded as valuable assets. In the North Sumatra region, there were a total of 109 instructors who participated in the study. These teachers were currently employed at an inclusive school. Using a standard linear regression analysis, the purpose of this study is to investigate the influence that emotional stability personality qualities have on one's burnout. The statistical analysis of the data produced a result that was statistically significant, with a p-value that was lower than this threshold. It has been found through this research that the personality trait of emotional stability has a positive influence on the burnout of school teachers who work in inclusive education in North Sumatra. It is clear from these findings that there is a pressing need for more investigation into the psychological factors that have a substantial influence on the educational experience in inclusive schools.
