Strawberry Generation is a term originating from Taiwan which refers to a young generation aged 18-24 years with characteristics that are easily crushed like strawberries. This term comes from the characteristics of the young generation who are easily destroyed, where this generation is less able to face social pressure, less able to work hard, gives up easily and does not have a strong spirit. The younger generation needs to be prepared to face the world of work in order to become strong and resilient individuals. Resilience is an individual's ability to handle and overcome pressure to adapt and develop personal abilities so that they can bounce back after experiencing difficulties. Having an attitude of self-compassion, namely an attitude of attention and kindness towards oneself when facing various difficulties in life, is the first step to becoming a resilient individual. This research aims to determine the relationship between self-compassion and resilience in Strawberry Generation employees.
